Hotel Mercader - Madrid

Hotel Mercader was clean and safe, with a warm reception. My room was not only comfortable but also well-appointed, great for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was great with a good variety.

The location is quite isolated.

the hotel was lovely and very modern, I loved the rooms. the staff were friendly and helpful.

we knew it the location and was happy that it was not in the centre but it was a bit odd that you have to go through security gates and give your information to get to the hotel. The breakfast was a bit basic and could've been better.

We had a spacious room, heaps comfy, but lacking dinner options nearby and the vending machine was our only saviour. Sweet as breakfast though!

I liked that the hotel is located in a private area and we had free parking, the hotel staff was professional, the rooms are spacious

Breakfast really is a problem in this hotel, I had nothing to eat besides grain bread with milk and honey, now depends as usual each morning to eat:), hotel location is good but need car to move

The rate of this hotel was amazing 49 eur include breakfast and parking, hotle saff are nice but they dont speak english pretty well exept one and unfortuntly his shift start at night, comfort and quit room

Net was free for just one person each night even in double room, No refreg, no umbrella in rainy day !! aminete on the bathroom was just shampoo no shower gel or cream, breakfast wasnt that bad but no eggs or cheese and when they put a cheese on the buffet the told us its just for company !!! Which is not a kind way!! And once the company checked out they remove the cheese !! Location is v poor u need a car.

Comfortable bed, convenient amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay with free Wi-Fi in the lobby and an easily accessible bus line connecting to the metro for exploring the city.

Quite difficult to find as situated on a gated industrial estate, and all the access gates were closed except one. Bathroom had see-through glass walls, so no privacy

The Hotel was remote from Madrid and there were very limited fascilities for meals when arriving back late. I would recommend this hotel for business users or tourists with their own travelling arrangements. Taxi fares are vey high even for short distances.

Nice stay with friendly vibes

The staff were super friendly and cute, really added a nice touch to my 3-night stay! The room was cozy and clean. Only bummer was the dining area wasn't open for dinner, so had to order pizza instead. They do have a decent bar area to chill, but you'll need a car to go anywhere else.

I had to attend an event close by, it was really convenient location for La Caja Magica. 3 minutes
